rooftop pool friendly staff breakfast buffet
the rooftop pool offered amazing views. i found the staff to be very friendly and helpful . the breakfast buffet included a nice selection of salads and vegetables, a pleasant surprise. i especially enjoyed the banoffee dessert

I enjoyed the multiple restaurant options and the pool and lounge area. the staff were efficient in all areas, including taxis, reception, and the pool bar. staff were kind. They could not have been better. i also found the location very convenient.
The walls seemed thin. Noise from the corridor and the lift was noticeable.

decent stay with some drawbacks
grocery store staff service thin wall beach description
the grocery store across the street was very accessible. i could easily shop there . the rooms were super clean and cozy, but the high quality of service from the staff stood out.
The walls seemed thin. Expect noise at night if your room faces the street. i could hear everything happening nearby starting around 7:30 a.m. the beach area was not accurately described. some sunbeds did not adjust, and there were not many of them.

the rooftop pool view was awesome! the showers were definitely good too. i had such a comfy sleep in the big bed.
queuing for breakfast became a bit of a routine. the lifts took ages, ugh. the staff seemed a little amateurish, not gonna lie!

excellent stay with great amenities
quick check buffet breakfast a la carte dining
the hotel is about forty five minutes from the airport by car. check in was quick. our beautiful family room was clean. it looked exactly like the photographs. the breakfast buffet offered many choices and plentiful food. i also enjoyed the option to dine a la carte at the restaurants.
the lift service was slow. there were waits often when i wanted to use a lift. this inconvenience affected my experience.

the staff were kind. mr edin was the best manager ever, alessia was also very nice and accommodating. hari's professionalism and proactiveness impressed me. he was super polite and helpful.

the hotel sits opposite a shopping center that has many cafes and restaurants. there is also a very good waitrose supermarket there. the hotel beach is a short walk, i saw a swimming pool and also a roof top swimming pool.

a treasure on the palm
convenient location helpful staff excellent assistance wide selections
The hotel location felt very convenient near the palm view and beach. The staff WAS very friendly and helpful. Erdi and Hari helped a lot with luggage. I appreciated Ms. Putri's assistance. She was very cute and helpful at all times. Breakfast included many selections. I found it amazing.
The elevator service felt rather slow. with occasional malfunctions.
